After a week in Arizona we hitched up and settled in for a long drive back up to Humboldt County with a short stop planned in the San Francisco Bay Area. We made some stops of course while passing through Arizona and stopped for a quick overnight in the Mojave desert at a beautiful and busy rest stop. But by the end of the next day we arrived in the Bay Area.
I grew up in San Francisco so my friends and family are scattered throughout the Bay, and since we had been living in Humboldt for the last six months, this was an opportunity to spend some quality time with them. The closer to San Francisco your hotel is, the more expensive it is. Well, the same holds true for RV Parks. Marin RV Park in Larkspur, CA is no different. Is that extra price worth it?
